Shipments will be made through a courier company external to PRUNÉS Jewellery, which undertakes to deliver to the address provided by the customer.
We offer free shipping to countries in the European Union.
The cost of the shipping to countries outside the European Union will depend and you will be informed before making the purchase.
- Once the piece is ready for shipment, the delivery times are as follows:
· Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands (2-5 working days): the delivery time of your order will be from 2 to 5 full working days.
· Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (4-12 working days): the delivery time of your order will be 4 to 12 working days. Customs charges are to be paid by the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery.
· France and Portugal (2-5 working days): the delivery time for your order will be 2 to 5 full working days.
· Rest of the European Union and other countries (5-15 working days): the delivery time for your order will be 5 to 15 full working days.
Please note that delivery times may vary during periods of high demand.
The average expected delivery time for our customised products and orders is between 2-4 weeks.
We have a limited stock of pieces as we are committed to sustainable and responsible production.
Our aim is to offer you a piece that suits your taste and that is why we accept proposals for personalised orders. The process of elaboration by artisan jewellers requires a certain amount of time. In the event that the proposed delivery time does not meet your needs, you can contact us and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
For pieces that we have in stock, we deliver in 3-10 days.
Exchanges are only allowed for collection pieces in *standard* and non-customised sizes within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. For this reason, we invite you to ask us any questions you may have about sizing, materials, etc. before placing your order or any other questions you may have during the purchase process at info@prunesjewellery.com.
In the event of a request for exchange, it is essential that the product is in perfect condition and is returned in its original packaging, it being the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item arrives at PRUNÉS Jewellery in perfect condition. If the item is not received in perfect condition, we will not be able to process the exchange.
We do not allow exchanges of products that have been modified, worn, damaged or without the original documentation.
In the event of a defect or defect, the customer may return the product and will be refunded the corresponding purchase price, as well as the amount of the shipping costs.
No product returns or exchanges other than those mentioned in this section are permitted.
We *consider standard size the yellow gold models of *earrings, *ear cuffs, *Faceted Collection bracelets, and *collection rings in sizes 12 and 14. All other ring sizes are considered custom sizes. All bracelets and necklaces in the *Cubes & Satin collection are considered custom pieces. All pieces made in white gold and rose gold are considered custom pieces.
Under the applicable regulations, the customer is entitled to exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the product. Send an e-mail to info@prunesjewellery.com to exercise your right of withdrawal.
1. Contact us by sending an e-mail to info@prunesjewellery.com indicating the order number and the reason for the exchange or return.
2. Once PRUNÉS Jewellery receives the e-mail, we will send a confirmation e-mail with instructions.
3. Confirm to info@prunesjewellery.com the shipment of the product.
4. The exchange or refund will be processed once the product is received. The refund will be made to the original payment method and you will receive a confirmation email when it has been completed.
5. The cost of shipping the product will not be refunded unless the item is deemed to be faulty.
