PRUNÉS Jewellery is authorised to use the trade names or registered trademarks contained on the website.

The company is not responsible for any possible errors in the information or characteristics of the products published.

The availability of products on the website is updated based on stock. All product orders are subject to product availability.

PRUNÉS Jewellery will not intentionally sell more units than are available in stock.

If, due to uncontrollable causes or undesirable errors, PRUNÉS Jewellery puts a product on sale that is not available in stock and it is purchased by a user, PRUNÉS Jewellery undertakes to act in good faith and offer the user the possibility of:

· To reimburse any amount that could have been paid, without any penalty, by the same means by which the payment was made.

· Replace with another model of equal quality and value available in stock with the customer's consent.

· If there is a possibility of having availability of the product, send it within a new delivery time.

The prices of the products presented include VAT (percentage according to current legislation applicable at any given time) unless otherwise indicated.

Prices do not include shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

PRUNÉS Jewellery is not responsible for any possible errors in the price lists of the published items. In the event of an error in the final price of any of the items displayed, PRUNÉS Jewellery undertakes to inform users of the new selling price as soon as possible, offering affected customers the possibility of reconfirming their order or cancelling their purchase.

If it is not possible to contact the user, the order will be considered cancelled and the amount of the incorrect price paid will be refunded. PRUNÉS Jewellery is not obliged to supply the buyer with a product at the incorrectly lower price, even if the order has been confirmed.

The prices of items published on the website are subject to change but, except as stated above in the event of an error, any changes will not affect orders for which an Order Capture email has been sent.

Our prices do not include any customs duties or taxes if the purchase is made from a country outside the European Union.

PRUNÉS Jewellery accepts payment by credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

By authorising the payment, the user confirms that the credit or debit card is his/her own. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorisations by the issuing entity, so if said entity does not authorise the payment, PRUNÉS Jewellery will not be responsible for any lack of delivery or delay in delivery, and the purchase will not be formalised.

PRUNÉS Jewellery undertakes not to store, under any circumstances, sensitive information such as card numbers or authentication codes.

The possibility of payment by bank transfer or deposit is also offered under special conditions. In this case, PRUNÉS Jewellery reserves the right to delay shipment of the purchase until the necessary payment guarantees have been received.

Once the product is ready for dispatch, the delivery times will be as follows:

1. Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands (2-5 working days): Your order will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.

2. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (4-12 working days): Your order will be delivered within 4 to 12 working days. Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be invoiced at the time of delivery.

3. France and Portugal (2-5 working days): Your order will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.

4. Rest of the European Union and other countries (5-15 working days): Your order will be delivered within 5 to 15 working days. 

We offer free shipping for countries in the European Union. For other countries, the cost of the shipping will depend and you will be informed before making the purchase.

Please note that delivery times may vary during periods of high demand.

Collectible & Customized Products

The average expected delivery time for our products is 3-4 weeks.

Our aim is to offer a product that best suits your style and taste, which is why we are committed to personalising our jewellery and accepting suggestions for orders.

We have a limited stock as most of our products are tailored and custom made. The process of elaboration by the hands of artisan jewellers requires a certain amount of time, if the delivery time could be a problem please contact us and we will do our best to work and meet your deadline.

For pieces that we have in stock, we deliver in 2-7 days.

Jewellery products, classified in the "Jewellery" category, have no geographical restrictions for their distribution.

If it is not possible to guarantee the safe shipment of products, PRUNÉS Jewellery reserves the right to limit the geographical distribution.

The customer agrees to check the good condition of the shipment at the time of delivery with the carrier and must reflect any anomaly detected on the delivery note (breakage of security labels, external shocks, humidity, etc.) and may refuse the delivery.

Delivery will be deemed to have taken place or the order to have been delivered at the time when the user (or a third party on the user’s behalf) acquires physical possession of the product, which will be accredited by signing the receipt of the order to the agreed delivery address.

Within a period of less than 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order, the customer, acting as consumer and user, has the right to return the order.

To make a return, the customer must contact PRUNÉS Jewellery and follow the instructions provided. Under no circumstances will returns that do not conform to the procedure and channels set by the company be accepted.

The user shall not have the right to withdraw from special or personalized orders.

Collectibles in standard sizes and non-personalized may be exchanged/returned within 14 days of receipt. We consider the collection's yellow gold rings in sizes 12 and 14, yellow gold earrings, ear cuffs, Faceted bracelets and Charm You bracelet to be standard sizes.

All other ring sizes are considered custom sizes.

The bracelets and necklaces of the Cubes & Satin collection are all considered personalized pieces.

All pieces made of white gold and rose gold are considered personalized pieces.

Shipping and return costs will not be refunded.

PRUNÉS jewellery will not accept returns of products that have been tampered with, that are in use or that have had the security seals removed.

The original packaging (box, documentation, accessories, etc.) of the products to be returned must be preserved.

Custom-made and/or personalized products cannot be returned.

Upon notification by PRUNÉS jewellery that the returned products are in conformity with the requirements of authenticity and condition, the refund will be made by the same method as the purchase and in a period of less than 15 working days.

In accordance with current legislation, PRUNÉS Jewellery is liable to the customer for any lack of conformity due to manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery and manifested during the following 3 years.

The customer has a period of 2 months from the time they become aware of any incident caused by manufacturing defects.

If the existence of a manufacturing defect is verified and confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced always at the customer's choice. If technically possible and if the customer notifies us within the established time limits.

Cases that will not be accepted as manufacturing defects:

· General damage caused by improper or abnormal use of the product

· Bumps and scratches caused by normal use of the product

· Detachment or breakage of gems or other applied elements

· Stains or changes in luster on metals, gems, or other items caused by external chemical agents

· Allergies

· Damage caused by improper use of the product or lack of maintenance

Except for the purchaser's rights against the manufacturer under applicable law, all other claims are excluded. 

In accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data ("LOPD") - Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December - it is reported that the personal data that the user must provide during the registration and purchase process through PRUNES JEWELLERY.COM will be included into the files owned by PRUNÉS jewellery Online S.L. for the following purposes:

To enable the provision of the services requested by the user.

To keep you informed of the products and services offered by PRUNÉS Jewellery through electronic and/or physical media.

All data requested through the website are necessary for the optimal provision of the services requested by the user. PRUNÉS Jewellery does not guarantee the correct provision of services if all the data requested during the registration and purchase process (including those marked as optional) are not provided.

Without prejudice to the purposes indicated in each case, the personal data requested will be kept and managed with due confidentiality, applying the computer security measures established in the applicable legislation to prevent access to or improper use of your data, its manipulation, deterioration or loss.

Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the corresponding courts and tribunals, according to the applicable consumer and user legislation.
