The average expected delivery time for our products is 3-4 weeks.

We have a limited stock as most of our products are tailored and custom made. The process of elaboration by the hands of artisan jewellers requires a certain amount of time, if the delivery time could be a problem please contact us and we will do our best to work and meet your deadline.
For pieces that we have in stock, we deliver in 2-7 days.
Jewellery products, classified in the "Jewellery" category, have no geographical restrictions for their distribution.
If it is not possible to guarantee the safe shipment of products, PRUNÉS Jewellery reserves the right to limit the geographical distribution.
The customer agrees to check the good condition of the shipment at the time of delivery with the carrier and must reflect any anomaly detected on the delivery note (breakage of security labels, external shocks, humidity, etc.) and may refuse the delivery.

We consider the collection's yellow gold rings in sizes 12 and 14, yellow gold earrings, ear cuffs, Faceted bracelets and Charm You bracelet to be standard sizes.
All other ring sizes are considered custom sizes.
The bracelets and necklaces of the Cubes & Satin collection are all considered personalized pieces.
All pieces made of white gold and rose gold are considered personalized pieces.
Shipping and return costs will not be refunded.
PRUNÉS jewellery will not accept returns of products that have been tampered with, that are in use or that have had the security seals removed.
The original packaging (box, documentation, accessories, etc.) of the products to be returned must be preserved.
Custom-made and/or personalized products cannot be returned.
Upon notification by PRUNÉS jewellery that the returned products are in conformity with the requirements of authenticity and condition, the refund will be made by the same method as the purchase and in a period of less than 15 working days.
In accordance with current legislation, PRUNÉS Jewellery is liable to the customer for any lack of conformity due to manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery and manifested during the following 3 years.
The customer has a period of 2 months from the time they become aware of any incident caused by manufacturing defects.
If the existence of a manufacturing defect is verified and confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced always at the customer's choice. If technically possible and if the customer notifies us within the established time limits.
Cases that will not be accepted as manufacturing defects:
