EUROPE CULTURE WATCH SPRING 2025

CULTURAL PLANS TO ENJOY THIS SPRING

Spring in Europe is hard to beat: flowers blooming, al fresco cafes spilling onto sidewalks, and-most importantly -plenty of festivals, exhibits, and

openings across the continent. This season, there's no shortage of culture to explore, from outdoor cinemas in Paris to a must-see exhibit in Rome and an iconic store opening in London. These are the events on our radar this spring (and beyond).

Victoria & Albert East Storehouse, London

This large-scale concept store and art experience marks the expansion of one of the world's most iconic museums, the Victoria & Albert Museum. Come May, the V&A East Storehouse is set to open in the former 2012 Olympic Park in East London, boasting more than 500,000 works-including

objects, library books, and archives from the V&A collection -over four levels. The store is a museum in itself, featuring notable installations like Frank Lloyd Wright's Kaufmann Office. The geometrical wood-paneled room is the only complete interior from the designer found outside of the US.

Opens May 31, 2025.

Biennale Architettura 2025, Venice

The floating city steps back into the spotlight this spring with the Biennale Architettura 2025, which brings a series of groundbreaking installations to the Giardini and Arsenale.
